The Relational Dance of Effective Partnership

In this 45-60 minute workshop, participants will reflect on how personal perspectives, biases and core beliefs impact quality interactions with others, understand the benefits of growth mindset, and gain practical strategies for healthy interactions through real-time application.

The Relational Dance of Love Languages

In this 45-60 minute workshop, participants will learn and practically apply the 5 Love Languages developed by Dr. Gary Chapman for both children and adults using the metaphor of movement. Key takeaways will include strategies to use at home, in the workplace, and everywhere relationships occur.

Mirroring in Communication

Learn the steps, patterns, and tricks that make for great conversations through the fun of partner dance! Yes, you read that correctly. This one-of-a-kind interactive 45-60 minute workshop uses the basics of partner dancing, like “mirroring,” to better your communication skills with others. Skills developed include: compassionate listening, clarifying ideas, reading nonverbal communication, empathetic connection, and mindful interaction.

The Power of Two

This powerful 45-60 minute interactive experience explores the nonlinear path to career, purpose, and social impact through music, movement, and a pair of sticks (Claves). Participants are encouraged to identify and harness the power of relationships in impacting their corner of the world.
